I would like to thank the crew at Corban construction for an excellent job enclosing our lanai and making it into a usable 24/7 room. Prior to deciding to enclosing our lanai, my wife was not sold on the idea…. but now after completion, our new room is her favorite room in the house.

One of the things that separate Corban from other companies is that Paul not only helps prior to the job, but he is there during the entire process. Other companies have a salesman proposing the job and after contract; that is the last you see or hear from him. To the contrary, Paul is totally involved in every aspect of the job and he is always assessable via his personal cell phone.

My wife and I are totally pleased with the job and would not hesitate to recommend your company to our Villages friends.

On Feb. 2, our house was badly damaged by a tornado and was basically rebuilt from the frame up. The only bright spot in the ordeal was our contractor, Paul Caruso, from Corban Construction. Not only did he negotiate with our inflexible insurance adjuster, he did a lot of extras to the house at no charge. He was always a gentleman and listened to my occasional ranting when things weren't going fast enough for us. His employees and subs were always polite and answered all our questions. They never treated us rudely as if we were two stupid women -- so refreshing after dealing with the insurance company. We are now back in our house and enjoying it immensely thanks to the diligence of Corban Construction.
