I HEARTILY RECOMMEND CORBAN CONSTRUCTION. Corban Construction (Paul Caruso) enlarged my kitchen (Kit) and living room (LR). The total expansion was 10'x30' (300sq'). This project in The Villages, FL began in Oct'15 and ended 2 Mar'15. I'd gotten several estimates and Paul's was the most reasonable and the construction timeframes were acceptable. For the expansion/addition, I'd gotten architectural drawings from Ro-Mac, Leesburg, FL and TV ARC and Sumter Co. approvals. Paul advised me to hire my own roofer to handle roofing the expansion/addition. I hired Dan Shepler Roofing, Fuitland Park, FL. His was the best roofing estimate and it included upgraded roofing and underlayment. The project included new custom made Pella Impervia fibre-glass frame sliding windows for the LR and Kit and replacing four existing windows with the Pella windows (one each in MBa, BR#1, BR#2, & MBR), removing/"walling-up" a window from/in the kitchen, adding a rear exterior fiber-glass, full-light door to it, adding insulation to the garage and house attics, and adding a garage attic (pull-down) ladder. Corban Construction/ Paul Caruso did a great job. There were some hiccups and getting his guys to arrive every day was a challenge, but the project turned out fine. Over 11 years later, I'm still happy with the work. I RECOMMEND PAUL CARUSO AND CORBAN CONSTRUCTION April 2026

Gardenia floor plan expanded lanai - We are so delighted with our expanded lanai. In the typical Gardenia floor plan the lanai was only 8 feet deep. We lived with it for 7 long years until we found Paul to help us make our dreams of a 28 x 30 lanai. Paul was the only contractor that would span 30 feet without putting in columns in-between. That was the look we wanted to achieve. Paul told us that his goal is to make our lanai look like it existed when the house was built. And, that goal was achieved.
