We use a standard, milestone-based draw schedule. We require a signing deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. Once the project begins, there will be progressive payments tied directly to completed stages of work (like slab, framing, or drywall, etc.). You only pay for progress you can actually see.

We know construction projects can feel overwhelming, so we make communication a priority. Before work begins, you'll have access to our client portal, where you can follow the progress of your project as we complete plans, obtain permits, and move through the pre-construction process.
During construction, you'll have direct access to Adam your operations manager by phone, text, or email.
If you're traveling or living elsewhere during the project, we also use CompanyCam to share photos and updates, so you can see your project's progress from anywhere, in – real time.
Yes. We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Our crews clean up their work area throughout the project and perform a thorough cleanup upon completion so your property is left as neat as possible.
